Scarlet Rain vs. Silver Crow.
The Crimson Storm Princess Arc (紅の暴風姫, Kurenai no Bōfūki) is the second story arc of the Accel World series. It contains the meeting and revealing of the Second Red King, Scarlet Rain and also the revealment of the Chrome Disaster armor and it's incident. This arc spans the whole second novel of the Accel World series. The anime begins the arc in episode 8 and ends in episode 12.
Outline
The Meeting
Haru's first meeting with Yuniko.
After Haru arrived home from school he was greeted from someone in the kitchen, he initially does not realize. Surprised, he looks back to see a small girl who reveals herself as his second cousin, Saito Tomoko. He then decides to take a bath and look for a photo of her in his grandfather's album. "Tomoko" enters the bathroom which surprises Haru. However, notices the tan lines of her neck and deduces that she is in fact not his cousin, but a burst linker. Realizing that her cover is blown, she reveals her true nature and personality. Haru guesses that she did all of this in order to get to his Legion Master, Black Lotus since she couldn't beat her in a fair fight. However, she states that she could win in a fight since she is Scarlet Rain and runs out of the bathroom. Haru calls Kuroyukihime in order to ask her who Scarlet Rain is. She tells him that Scarlet Rain is in fact the second Red King. During that moment, Scarlet Rain runs back inside and burst link in order to challenge Haru.
